Chandra Jadav

The following is a design and creative development page for Calgarian artist, Chandra Jadav.

Jadav's art expressions exhibited here spring from his exposure, conditioning and observations. The mediums used are oil, acrylic, watercolour, pencil sketches and sculptures.

Having worked for Parks Canada, visiting some of the more pristine locations and working as a docent/volunteer at the Glenbow Museum, where he assists with gallery tours, and interprets Art of Asia exhibits through its iconography and symbolism. Their ancient art of communication has influenced his work.

Other influences include his multinational exposure - his ancestral home is India, he was born and raised in Tanzania, trained as an architect in the U.K. and his adopted home for the past 46 years is Canada.
